We’ve optimized our operations to fit the smaller kitchen of our truck, ensuring the high standards we hold ourselves to. A shorter menu means you’ll get the freshest, quickest, and most delicious food!

Our Tacos, Mulitas, Trippy Nachos, and sides are gluten-free; however, the tacos and mulitas are cooked on the same grill as the flour tortillas that we use for our quesadillas. Please let us know if you need us to cook the corn tortilla in a separate pan.
